Anthony J. Colucci, Jr., Esq.

BIOGRAPHY

A member of the New York Bar since 1958, Mr. Colucci was thereafter admitted to the U.S. Supreme Court and presently is also a member of both the Florida and Pennsylvania Bars.  An active member of the Erie County and New York State Bar Associations (Business Law Section), he served as a President of the Catholic Lawyers Guild, the Marshall Lawyers Club, and as a Director and Officer of the Erie County Bar Association.  Mr. Colucci is a past President of the Erie County Bar Foundation and past President of the SUNY at Buffalo Law Alumni Association. 

Professionally, Mr. Colucci’s experience in banking, corporate, finance and real estate law provided him board memberships on the National Attorneys Title Insurance Corp., Ticor Title Insurance, the New York State Project Finance Agency, Attorneys’ Real Property Counsel of Palm Beach County, the Palm Beach Attorneys Title Fund Advisory Board, the Palm Beach National Bank Board of Directors, the New York State Mortgage Enforcement Corporation, the Community Foundation of Greater Buffalo, and the Civil Service Commission, Abitibi Price, Inc., High Tech Power and Control.  Presently, he serves as a Director of 1st United Bank of Florida.

On a community level, Mr. Colucci chaired the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra Society, served as Trustee of Canisius College and St. Joseph’s Collegiate Institute, and was a Board Member of the Community Foundation for Greater Buffalo, Erie County Cultural Advisory Board, Sisters Hospital Foundation and the Arts Council of Buffalo/Erie County. He also served as President of Buffalo Prep and Chairman of the Western New York Chapter of the National Conference of Christians and Jews.

Mr. Colucci holds the highest Martindale-Hubbell rating (AV). Recently, he was further honored by the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers and is registered in the Bond Buyer’s (Bond Counsel) Red Book.
